2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. We only process data that is necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries and deliver our services, and only for as long as the respective purpose requires.
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the server automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system information). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources.
4. Getting in touch
We do not operate a contact form. If you contact us by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) solely to handle your request. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies and consent
This website sets technically necessary cookies (e.g. to store your cookie choice). Other categories (functional, statistics, marketing) are only activated with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” in the footer.
6. Scheduling (Calendly)
For online scheduling we embed the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) – but only after you have accepted functional cookies. The data you enter (e.g. name, email address, chosen appointment) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly, potentially also in countries outside Switzerland/the EU.
7. Hosting
The website is operated on a server in Switzerland. The hosting provider processes data solely on our behalf and to provide the website.
8. Sharing with third parties
Your data is only shared with third parties where necessary to deliver our services, where you have consented, or where there is a legal basis. Service providers used (e.g. hosting, Calendly) are obliged to comply with data protection.
9. Data security
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact info@somniaintelligence.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time to reflect changed legal or technical circumstances. The version published on this page at the time applies.
